Consider our human body for a moment. It’s really all about the balance of the energy flow, the yin and the yang. When there is illness present, the balance becomes interrupted. Acupuncture seeks to restore that balance. According to Chinese medicine, there are 350 acupuncture access points to the body. Very thin needles are inserted into these points in the proper combinations, so that our essential energy flow can be returned.

Acupuncture generally involves several weekly or fortnightly treatments. Your visit will be comprised of an exam and an assessment of the your condition, the insertion of needles, and advice on self-care. Most sessions last about 30 minutes, and most courses consist of up to 12 sessions. Generally, you will leave the clinic with a good feeling, due to the endorphins released in response to the needling.
We are committed to our patients and enjoy meeting new ones. We are so happy our community is growing by leaps and bounds.
