We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

However, we recommend calling our office to explore your insurance coverage options.

What should I expect during my first Acupuncture visit?

Your visit includes a 30 minute consultation followed by a 1-hour treatment, tailor to your specific needs using various Traditional Chinese Medicine Techniques .

What type of massages do you offer?

We offer Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Myofascial, Swedish, Cupping Massage, Couples Massage, 4-Handed Massage (2 therapists at same time). Each designed to address specific health concerns.

What is involved in an Herbal consultation?

Our licensed herbalist will conduct a 45 minute consultation to address your health concerns using all natural Chinese herbs and supplements. This includes:

- Review of your health history, medications, lifestyle, and current concerns including sleep, digestion, energy, pain, and hormones.

- Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostics such as tongue and pulse analysis to uncover internal patterns.

- Clear explanation of your TCM diagnosis and how it guides treatment.

- A personalized herbal formula and care plan tailored to your body and goals.

- Guidance on dosage, diet, and lifestyle support, with adjustments as healing progresses.
